Autonomous Navigating Robot

CBU embedded systems capstone — in progress.

A team capstone to build a robot that can plan and follow a path on its own. Compute lives on an NVIDIA Jetson. I'll keep this page current as hardware and navigation take shape.

Get a mobile robot from A to B without a driver in the loop — sense the space, decide a path, and execute it reliably enough for a demo. The stack will span hardware, onboard software, and the development environment the team actually uses day to day.

The project is starting. The first write-up is a proposal to move our Jetson workflow into Docker so everyone shares one environment instead of developing on mismatched machines or on the board itself. Hardware, navigation, and photos will land here as they exist — not before.
